Doctor Who (BBC) to the Secret Diary of a Call Girl (Showtime), Billie Piper has not only shown that she is a talented actress, but she is absolutely exquisite, in every way possible.
If you have seen the latest Doctor Who series, you know Billie Piper as Rose Tyler. As the Doctor’s long lost “innocent” love, Billie has created such an impact on the series, her character’s presence dwells throughout the seasons long after she has gone. Yea, she is that epic in the Doctor Who series.
Secret Diary of a Call Girl is currently on its 3rd season on Showtime. Billie portrays a London escort by the name of Belle, her real name is Hannah. The story is about the ins and outs of balancing escorting and the real world. I was taken back by Billie’s dedication to this role, but thats what makes this series absolutely brilliant. She does nude scenes and she engages in lewd acts, its not porn, its “professional.” As an actress, more power to her. Her acting is believeable and by taking this role, she shows an unbreakable confidence. She has stated that this may ruin her Hollywood career, but I am inclined to agree with her, “they’re only breasts.” How quickly everyone has forgotten the unmentionables flashing Lindsey Lohan, Britney Spears and Paris Hilton have done. Flashing or not, Spears has a top selling album again.
The series is different and tastefully done. This is also a show for women, not boys. Billie comes into her own and really shows what “proper” escorting can lead too.

love them or hate them, theyre becoming an obsession. this guilty pleasure is taking the UK by storm on X-Factor (2009), Britain’s version of American Idol.
I cant help but think they are the long lost coven of the Cullens. They look like the younger twins Robert Pattinson (Twilight Saga/Movies) never wanted to declare. The ones who have only now controlled the urge not to suck everyones blood and become pop stars. It’s entertaining and sad all at the same time.
